Fort High Actual Play from RPG.net 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Ruckus posted a WT@CFH actual play over on RPG.net. Since he didn't mention it, I'm going to.

In other neat Fort High news, check out the "In Popular Culture" section of Charles Fort's Wikipedia entry.

Sweet post Ruckus and good catch Steve!

I was glad to see you got some use out of the Mandrake Academy setting. Your right, there isn't much info describing the other schools but I'm glad you were resourceful enough to get the gist of the other paradigm schools and adapt/modify the school to suit your game's needs.

(Even if all of Mandrake is a bunch of stuck up snotty kids!)

Don't hate the Mandrakes just because they're richer, smarter, and prettier than you.

Actually, there's a wealthy suburb of the Twin Cities which is pretty notorious for its attitude on which I based Ultra City and the Mandrake Academy. It's not that they're just arrogant and obnoxious (like I found with some of the wealthy suburbanites of Chicago), but they're also somehow polite and nice about it too.

It's probably similar to an English mentality. "We're rich, we deserve to be rich, we know our place in the world, and it's above you. Your place is to be our servants, so please take your rightful place in the world."
