i'm known to love giant monster movies, and i got to say monsterpocalypse CMG kicks serious butt. so far i've got a giant japanese ninja robot, two marsian monsters, and unfortunately a double duplicate of whats being referred to as a space chicken. also my building collection has suffered significantly since all of the other buldings ive pulled out of unit boosters have been radar arrays.

the game reminds me of a few homespun kaiju games that ive played, but more advanced. i don't want to sink too much money into it, having been burnt by wizkidz years ago ( curse you, mageknight!!!!!!!) and it would take up too much time away from more inportant things like qags. but i must say...very cool high end minis

Space Chicken?

i knew this would come up...there is a faction called planet eaters. one of the monsters in question is Gorghadra. he's brown and bulbous with scales that look like feathers, and he has a head plate that is scaled and horned. looks likea rooster at first glance...hence chicken.

I saw some demos of that game at Archon this year. From the few glances I got, the minis and buildings look great and I bet it would be a blast to play!

MTK: Have you heard about Galaxikhan attacks? QAGS own Giant Monster adventure set in the 1950's? As a fan of kaiju, I think you would enjoy it in case you don't already own a copy.

yep, i know of it, but lack a personal copy of it for myself, something i need to rectify.
